My Fiat 500L had a cracked windscreen and the insurance did not cover it. Because it had lane assist and rain sensor I had some horrendous quotes. These National sites suck you in wanting you to book the appointment before you get a price, talking to Bots is not my bag either, and those that did quote took all day to come back to me. I live in the West Midlands and rang The Windscreen co, Gary answered on the second ring and I had a quote that blew the competition out of the water, in under two minutes.
